Commercial water damage developed when a water pipe within the walls sprung a leak. The water damage affected the flooring and the walls. Our industry certified technicians would provide a damage assessment report and plan of action to restore the property. They would need to remove a portion of the drywall to both repair the source of the water leak and to dry all of the affected surfaces. Industrial air movers and dehumidifiers would be used to aid in the drying process. The drying process would be carefully monitored with high tech moisture measuring equipment to develop reports for the customer's insurance company. When the drying became complete, our technicians would replace the drywall and flooring.
